Black Hawk $25 Kitten Food Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. To receive the voucher you need to fill in the details in the online form and you must have valid personalised code that you receive in your new kitten pack from your Black Hawk MasterBreeder.
2. To be eligible you must have a new kitten from a Black Hawk MasterBreeder and be a New Zealand resident with a New Zealand residential/postal address.
3. We will email you the voucher within 2 days of submitting the form with a valid code. Please ensure your details are correct, otherwise you may not receive the voucher.
4. The voucher can be redeemed at Pet Direct online only.
5. The voucher will be valid for use until the expiry date set out on the voucher.
6. The unique code gives you $25 off the current listed price for a 4kg or 8kg bag of Black Hawk Original Dry Kitten food.
7. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, nor be redeemed for cash, nor exchanged for any other products. Voucher not for resale and can only be used by the person named on the voucher.
8. One voucher per customer, per shopping transaction. The $25 voucher is applied before shipping fee.
9. One discount code can be used per kitten.
10. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the code and your details before sending you the voucher.
11. Our privacy policy governs how we will collect, use and disclose your personal information. We collect your personal information (e.g. your name, address, contact details, puppy and breeder information etc) for the purposes of sending you the voucher and to communicate to you about Masterpet products and services (including under our Black Hawk and VitaPet brands) that may interest you. If you don’t provide the personal information requested, we may not be able to send you the voucher.
12. We may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and third parties, including our marketing agencies, contractors and social media companies. This may mean that your personal information is disclosed outside your or third parties outside your state or territory and to locations overseas, such as New Zealand, the USA, South Korea and Canada.
